Step-1 : Open "Command Prompt" as "Administrator".

Step-2 : "Command Prompt" screen with Administrator Rights appear.
Step-3
Step-3 : Type "NET USER ZEON SPACECLOCKERS7". Here "ZEON" is the desired "Username" whose password is to be changed and "SPACECLOCKERS7" is the new password.
Step-4
Step-4 : Press "Enter" button on the keyboard, by doing this will change your password successfully without prompting for the "Old Password".
Note : "Command Prompt" is available in Windows Operating System.
